After a lovely morning at church, a little drive to the harbour side and a walk across the foot bridge, we enjoyed a lovely lunch of a Saturday afternoon. Thankful ♥

Meet Brown Teddy, he's nearly 35 and has been Warren's dear friend a long while. Today our nappies arrived and so Brown Teddy came to our aid!

Ah, dear Grupo ... where would we be without you? Just had some tapas to (belatedly) celebrate my big sister's birthday - happy birthday!

The first fruits of today's paper crafty endeavours... I'm trying to get a bit of a head start on Passover (including getting my head in the right gear), as I think our baby's arrival might rearrange priorities! So, this is a huge, cardboard heart covered in red wrap and then glued. The heart is then stuck onto orange card replete with verses about love. At the end of the day, that's what Passover - in fact anything God does - is about... Love. 

And here's a more all-encompassing view, including all the books, paper etc on the table oops!

Some cutting and sticking on a Wednesday evening, done in the hope that the blog I read wasn't exaggerating when it claimed that these cut-outs make pom-poms five times faster than the conventional method!

Lovely F just joined us for pancakes and shared her measuring project with us ... Who'd have thought a paper triangle would help? It does!

Standing by a little bridge, needing fresh air after church, I found some moss.

First achievement of the day: despite being the size of a house, I made it through an Ikea trip! This trip culminated with a Quorn hot dog and a strawberry-sauced ice cream, but I didn't know that was going to happen... Anyway, spare oom has pretty much made its transition to baby's room, I'm delighted to say! We just needed to pick up some bits from Ikea and I happened to notice the above which my wonderful husband was keen for me to put in the trolley, so in they went!

I found a sweet heart bunting idea on Pinterest; using paint swatches, punch hearts and stitch them together. My hearts were a little too small, plus I prefer these cut out versions. So, I sat this afternoon stitching them together then wrapped them around a kitchen roll tube, awaiting the sweet bunting's moment. A bunting tree, of sorts.

Today's been fine, but I'm suddenly tired and fed up with not being able to move so that I can compose a decent photo. So, here's a shot of my antibiotics ,... best I can offer today.

Today's post is an ode to Asda car park: Their stork parking spaces for the expectant and horizontally challenged (like me) are a life-saver! In other car parks I fight to get the door open and get out, but not at Asda. Nope, I get that entire checked area! Thank you, Asda!

Happy Tu B'Shevat! It's New Year for Trees, a tradition that has grown up alongside tithe collection during harvest. A time to give thanks for God's provision, give food to the poor and celebrate a seder together with loved ones.

Picked up some daffodils today, Spring is trying to spring!

This little pickle moves so quickly that 99% of the photos I take of her are one big blur. I was grateful, therefore, when she took a little rest (despite being a 'big girl') in our newborn car seat!

Just snapped this waiting for Warren, hoping I didn't look too suspicious taking photos at night outside an old people's home.... Ah well, no one ejected me from the property!

I didn't take my camera out today, so any church, outside, out for lunch opportunities were missed. Re-united with my camera, I sat next to my husband...
